Registration fee includes a seat at the table, and a bag of goodies including a specially dyed fabric and floss from Live and Dye LA designed for our exclusive pattern. The weekend’s fun will include chances to shop from local vendors including Live and Dye LA, giveaways, a smalls exchange, brag table, and more.

The Embassy Suites is a great hotel with a very welcoming vibe. The stitching room will have a wall of windows, to allow natural light to help with stitching. https://www.hilton.com/…/
Stitching Room Hours:

Thursday – 2pm – 10pm

Friday and Saturday – 8am – 10pm

Sunday – 8am – 5pm
There is a limited number of rooms booked at a special discount rate of $159++ a night room rate for the Embassy Suites Anaheim South during the event for up to 2 people per room, with an additional $20 per night charge for each added roommate. Overnight parking for hotel guests booked through our special event link will be reduced to $15. If you’re joining us during the day, and not staying at the hotel – parking is free!
Cancellations can be considered only through July 3, 2025 with a $50 admin fee.
Waitlist will be available if all slots fill.
