DESCRIPTION:Registration Open:  Crazy Woman Stitch Retreat being held in Casper WY September 12-14th @ Ramkota Hotel. \nRetreat check in will be Thursday Sept 12th @ 9am and will end Saturday evening. \n\nA block of rooms have been reserved for $92 a night. Let them know when you call Ramkota (307-266-6000) you are part of the Crazy Woman Stitchin Retreat. \nRegistration Fee is $250.00 will be accepted/refunds given until July 15th. Once registration is received I will send a request for payment through Venmo or PayPal. Requests for fees will not go out until January 1st\, 2024. \nRegistration Includes: \nThursday-Lunch and Dinner \nFriday-Lunch and Dinner\nSaturday-Lunch and Dinner\n\nHZ Designs will be doing pre-orders for Crazy Woman Stitchin Retreat swag\, more to come on this. \nVendors providing a variety of accoutrements. \nA Smalls Exchange \nProject Bag Exchange\nShow and Tell Table\nFreebie Table \nOnce registration fee is paid\, you will be added to the Facebook group.

DESCRIPTION:Kan Stitch (formerly The Kansas Stitchers Retreat) is back for 2024! \nYour retreat fee covers lunches\, snacks\, door prizes and a special gift bag. The room rate for The Barn includes 3 nights\, 3 breakfasts and 3 dinners. Check-in time on Thursday\, September 12 is 3:00pm. Check-out time on Sunday\, September 15 is 10:00am (you may stitch until 11:00am).\n\nDietary needs and restrictions: The Barn is happy to accommodate most dietary concerns. Please notify Patricia when you reserve your room. Any special requests must be made by August 28. \nCancellation policies: The retreat fee will be refunded for cancellations made before March 15\, 2024. The retreat fee will be refunded for cancellations made from March 15-August 15\, ONLY if your spot can be filled. No refunds for cancellations after August 15.\nThe Barn has a 2 week cancellation policy. Cancellations after August 28 will be charged $50/night except for special circumstances.
