DESCRIPTION:Registration Opens April 2025: \n\n\n\n2025 All Things Autumn Retreat with Plum Street Samplers\nFriday October 17\, 2025 – Sunday October 19\, 2025\nColonial Williamsburg Resort\n\n\n\n\nJoin Anabella’s & Plum Street Samplers for the All 2025 Things Autumn Retreat! \nOfficial Registration opens in April 2025 as follows:\n\n1.  Those who have already paid their $99.00 SAVE MY SEAT fee will receive an invoice for the balance due plus $75.00 for the Buffet Lunch on Friday & Saturday. Refunds for those who decide not to attend will be refunded at that time\, via Square. \n2. Those who did not pay the $99.00 SAVE MY SEAT registration fee\, but who are on the existing WAIT LIST\, will be sent an invoice for the full registration fee and buffet lunch\,\nas spots become available. \n3.  Once the existing WAIT LIST has been exhausted\, we will re-open registration for anyone else who would like to attend \nHotel Accommodations will be available at Colonial Williamsburg Resort at the rate of $189.00 per night\, plus taxes and resort fee.  Breakfast is included in the $15.00 daily resort fee. \nStaying at the hotel will be mandatory for all attendees.\nReservations can not be made without a special code that will be provided to you after full payment has been received. \nRegistration fee for the retreat will be $425.00 and DOES NOT not include 2 buffet lunches\, travel\, food\, hotel \, resort fees\, or any other expenses. \nWhen final registration fee is paid in full in April\, there will be absolutely no refunds\, exchanges or cancellations for  any reason whatsoever including but not limited to\, failure of designer to attend\, weather\, Covid or any other illness. \nThis will be a very special event with Paulette from\nPlum Street Samplers! \n\n\n\n  Thursday October 16\, 2025\n  Early Registration. Exact time will be provided as we get closer to the event.  Usually between 3pm-5pm\n  Optional Cocktails\, Dinner & Meet & Greet following early registration \n  Friday October 17th 2025\n8:00 am Registration\n9:00 am Welcome\n9:15am – 12:00 noon  – Stitching\, fun\, games & prizes and time with Guest Designer – activity to be                  determined\n12:00 noon – 1:00 pm – Buffet Lunch\n1:00pm – 3:00pm – Optional Event in Colonial Williamsburg – event to be determined\n3:00pm – 5:00 pm – Stitching\, games\, & Smalls Exchange and time with guest designer\n5:00pm – 7:00pm  Dinner on your own\n7:00pm -10:00pm – Popcorn & PJ’s Pajama Party\, late night stitching\, games & prizes \n\n\n\n\n  Saturday October 18th\, 2025\n8:00 am – 12:00 noon  – Stitching & Cross Stitch Finishing with Guest Designer – activity to be determined\n12:00 noon -1:00 pm – Buffet Lunch\n1:00 pm – 3pm – Optional Event in Colonial Williamsburg- event to be determined\n3:00pm – 5:00 pm – Stitching\, Raffle & time with Guest Designer\n5:00pm – 7:00pm  Dinner on your own\n7:00pm – Pajama Party\, late night stitching\, Raffle\, games & prizes\, & time with guest designer – activity to      be determined \n  Sunday October 19th\,  2025\n  8:00 am – 3:00 pm – Stitching\n3:00pm – Farewell *schedule is subject to change \n\n\n\n\n
