Downtown Greenville with modern flair\, tree-lined streets and friendly locals\, is just steps from the hotel.  There are many restaurants\, local boutiques\, coffee shops and an outdoor gathering plaza nearby. \nHotel group rate is $179 per night plus local taxes and fees. The hotel room must be booked by February 28\, 2026 to receive the group rate. Spring Street parking is available across the street for $7 a day. Valet is available for $28 a day.
