Stitching time\, shopping\, demo. Smalls exchange in the evening.\n• Saturday\, September 26 – 9:00am to 10:00 pm. Stitching time\, shopping\, demo.\n• Sunday\, September 27 – 9:00am to 4:00 pm. Stitching time and wrap-up\n• All times are Central Time \nPricing:\nThe price for this event is $165.00 per person. $50 is nonrefundable and no refunds will be issued\nafter July 1\, 2026. \nThe retreat will be held at the Radisson Hotel located in downtown Bismarck\, ND.\nFood and lodging are not included in the retreat fee. You are responsible for your room reservations\nat the hotel of your choice. The Radisson is offering a discounted rate for retreat attendees. You will\nneed to call the Radisson in Bismarck directly and let them know you are with Dakota Stitchers. The\nroom is $124 per night for a double room. Call the Radisson Hotel at 701-255-6000 and choose the\noption for the front desk and tell them you are with Dakota Stitchers to get the discounted rate.

Designers are Stacy Nash (who is creating 3 exclusive animal cracker designs for this retreat) and Rika King of House of Stitch and Stach who will design and provide two exclusive\, fully kitted projects\, created especially for this gathering. \nTogether\, these five projects form a collection that will only be experienced by those in attendance. \nEach kit will include: \n\npremium linen\ncarefully selected threads\nfull-color charts\nfinishing materials (as applicable\n\nRetreat fee includes 3.5 days of stitching (Thursday–Sunday)\, designer presentations and project reveals\, welcoming\, beautifully arranged stitching space\, time to connect with fellow stitchers from around the world\, vendor marketplace featuring curated needlework shops\, special retreat moments\, surprises\, and thoughtful details throughout the weekend. \nAlso included is a Welcome Reception on Thursday evening\, and lunch on Friday and Saturday. \n$296 Non-Refundable Deposit; balance invoiced at a later date.
