SUMMARY:2024 Fall Campin' & Stitchin' Cross Stitch Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Registration Open: \nCross Stitch/Punch Needle embroidery casual retreat. Our ‘stitching room” will be the beautiful Pride Center on location at the campground. Laid back\, casual retreat. Games\, door prizes\, optional smalls exchange (squirrels & acorn theme). \nMeals and lodging are not included. There will be an optional BBQ meal for $15 each on Wednesday night (BBQ\, baked beans\, coleslaw\, roll and cookie with water or tea) and optional dinner at a restaurant on Thursday evening. There is a cafe at the campground\, and restaurants nearby. Lots of lodging options at the campground for those that won’t be camping.\nSassy Jack’s Stitchery is a 35 minute drive from the campground.\n\nFor non-campers\, there are motels nearby.\n\nTell them you’re with the cross stitch retreat when you make your reservation. Ask about discounts for campsites. They are a Passport America campground\, and I think there may be a military discount.

DESCRIPTION:Stitching and shopping event. Vendors will set up shop in hotel rooms and be available to meet and greet stitchers. A ballroom on the first floor will be open for stitchers to gather and stitch with friends. \nShopping hours are: \nThursday 6-9pm \nFriday -9am-6pm \nSaturday – 9am-6pm \nBallroom stitching hours are 9am-11pm each day with games in the evening \nEvent cost is $150 or day passes are available. \n$60 – stitching only on Thursday \n$75 – stitching and shopping Friday \n$75 – stitching and shopping Saturday \nSpecial hotel rate will be available $149/night. Breakfast will be included.
